Shipping Policy

At Gates Way Whiskey Store, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship our products to all 50 states in the USA and internationally to select countries. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order. 

We offer the following shipping options

Standard Shipping

$9.99 flat rate for orders under $100. Free for orders over $100. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping

$19.99 flat rate for orders under $200. $9.99 for orders over $200. Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

$19.99 flat rate for orders under $200. $9.99 for orders over $200. Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

For international orders

we charge a variable shipping fee based on the destination country and the weight of the package.

You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order. Delivery time may vary depending on the  destination country.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

We also do not ship to countries where the import of alcohol is prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order with us.

We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties.

We are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or duties that may be charged by your local authorities.

Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Gates Way Whiskey Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

 
  1. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. The product must not be damaged, defective, or expired.
  3. The product must not be a clearance, sale, or special order item.
  4. You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
  5. You must contact us at support@gateswaywhiskey.com to request a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
  6. You must pack the product securely and attach the shipping label to the package.
  7. You must ship the package back to us within 7 days of receiving the return authorization number.

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. We will refund the original payment method that you used to place your order. We will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@gateswaywhiskey.com and provide us with a photo of the product and the shipping label. We will send you a replacement product or a full refund, including the shipping cost, as soon as possible.
